TO BOOK:

Telephone to make a provisional booking

To make a booking: bank in 33% (or in case of late bookings, the full amount) Complete the reservation form enclosed and return it with the 33% deposit bank receipt. PLEASE RING FOR DETAILS OF PAYMENT

A conformation of the booking will be sent direct to you, showing the date of final payment and other information necessary.

BOOKING CONTIONS:

Saturday to Saturday bookings (out of season arrangements). Rental commences at 4pm and departures 10am.

PAYMENT:

Deposit: A completed and signed booking form must be returned with bank receipt (for deposit of 33%) to confirm a provisional booking.

Balance: The balance of the holiday cost must be received at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival date unless a written cancellation notice has been received from you. (see cancellation charges below). If a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is required.

Breakages deposit: a £200 refundable breakages deposit will be required at the same time as the final payment. If no breakages are made and the property is left clean, the deposit will be returned to you within two weeks after your departure.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:

Should you have any special requests, for example: Cots, high chairs,…, you must notify us of these at the same time of booking (write on booking form). We cannot guarantee all special requests.

GAS, ELECTRICITY, HEATING, LINEN

During high & mid season, gas, electricity, linen and pool heating are included. During "LOW" season, all is inclusive (gas, elec, linen, heating)

TOWELS CAN BE REQUESTED FOR AN EXTRA £20 PER PROPERTY PER WEEK. FREE FOR OVERNIGHT STAYS

CANCELLATIONS

As rentals are payable in advance, we strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance in case of cancellation. If you wish to cancel your booking once a deposit or full balance has been paid, we require a letter from the person who signed the booking form.

Cancellation Charges:

  More than 8 weeks Deposit

  5 to 8 weeks 50%

  Less than 5 weeks 100%

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:

It is essential that you take good care of the property you are occupying and do not exceed the maximum occupancy stated. It is requested that you leave the property in a good state of cleanliness. If the property is not clean on departure, £25 to £50 will be deducted from the breakages deposit.

NO RESPONSABILTY CAN BE TAKEN BY THE OWNERS FOR CHILDREN OR ADULTS AROUND THE POOL AREA, PONDS AND PREMISES.
